What is your current turn around time?
Our current turn around time is 3-5 business days. Our turn around time excludes weekends and holidays. Your estimated ship by date is located on your Etsy receipt, and tracking #s are also found on your Etsy receipt. Due to the large volume of orders, if you place separate orders they will most likely not ship together.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, please message us via Etsy within 2 business days of delivery. We do not refund for lost mail, wrong shipping address, or if you changed your mind on the order. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address, buyer is responsible for paying postage back to reship your order.
